How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and usually arrive 8–15 business days after that. Shipping is free to the US and Canada, and you'll get a tracking number by email.
Do you ship outside the US and Canada?
Not yet. We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery. If an item arrives damaged or defective, send us a photo and we'll replace or refund it. See our refund policy for details.
Why might my order arrive in more than one package?
Different finds can ship from different warehouses, so a multi-item order may arrive separately.
