Not happy with your order? Contact us within 30 days of delivery at masterclite@gmail.com and we'll make it right.

- Damaged, defective or wrong item: send us a photo and we'll send a replacement or a full refund. No need to return it.
- Changed your mind: the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.
- Order hasn't arrived: if your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we'll reship it or refund you in full.
